Associate Attorney needed for San Diego office

The firm specializes in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate law with a focus on Elder Law, Special Needs Law, and incapacity planning. Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and services related to Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate matters.
• Manage a caseload in these areas, focusing on Elder Law, Special Needs Law, and incapacity planning.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to gain expertise in specialized areas of law.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and represent clients in various legal proceedings.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality service with attention to detail and client care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate law is preferred.
• Familiarity with Elder Law or Special Needs Law is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
• Prior experience in Family Law will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
