    • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
    • Conducting due diligence investigations and analysis.
    • Assisting in the preparation and review of legal opinions and memoranda.
    • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5+ years of business and transactional experience, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, or complex commercial transactions.
    • High level of academic achievement from a reputable law school.
    • Law firm experience preferred.
    • Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Admission to the New York State Bar (preferred).
  • Education:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Certifications:

    • Admission to the New York State Bar (preferred).
