Pre-Litigation Intake Attorney Manager

A law firm in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Pre Litigation Intake Attorney Manager to provide leadership in plaintiff personal injury practice, focusing on maximizing case value through effective pre-litigation management.

Duties:

• Supervise and manage a team of pre-litigation intake attorneys and support staff
• Oversee the intake process for new personal injury cases, ensuring thorough investigation and evaluation
• Evaluate case merits and potential damages to determine course of action
• Conduct client interviews and intake assessments
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients
• Prepare demand packages and settlement proposals
• Monitor and ensure compliance with case handling procedures and timelines
• Review and approve legal correspondence and documentation
• Collaborate with litigation team to transition cases from pre-litigation to litigation phase
• Provide guidance on legal issues, strategies, and case evaluations
• Handle escalated client concerns and inquiries
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury practice
• Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a legal setting
• Strong understanding of pre-litigation processes and case management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Certifications:
