Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation matters
• Manage cases from initiation through resolution
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Provide legal counsel to clients on various defense strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong ability to manage cases from start to finish
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload with varying complexities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky
