Duties:

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, from case initiation through trial.
• Handle cases involving general liability, professional liability, and employment claims.
• Provide legal counsel on a variety of complex issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and other correspondence.
• Work closely with other legal professionals to strategize and prepare cases for trial.
• Manage a caseload effectively and efficiently while ensuring all deadlines and procedures are met.
• Maintain client relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of litigation experience.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in general liability, professional liability, labor and employment, medical malpractice, and construction defect litigation is preferred.
• Proven track record of handling complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Lexis software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
