Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be organized, capable of managing a high-volume case load, and adept at developing defense strategies. They should be receptive to feedback while also being self-motivated to achieve goals promptly.

Duties:

• Prepare defense files from inception to resolution
• Engage in extensive reporting and communication with clients and insurers
• Conduct depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Appear in court and assist in trial preparation

Requirements:

• Admission to the Florida and New York State Bar is mandatory
• Admission to the New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania State Bar is a plus
• Excellent academic credentials
