Duties:

• Handle complex estate planning matters and provide asset protection planning for clients.
• Manage trust and estate settlement processes, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
• Prepare and review transfer tax returns and other tax-related documentation.
• Collaborate with clients on international estate planning issues (if applicable).
• Offer strategic advice to clients on minimizing tax liabilities through proper estate planning.
• Ensure all legal documentation adheres to current laws and regulations while optimizing for client needs.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
• Expertise in complex estate planning and asset protection.
• Proficiency in trust and estate settlement.
• Experience in preparing transfer tax returns.
• International estate planning experience is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• LL.M. in Taxation is required.

Certifications:

• Active membership with The Florida Bar is required.

• Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws, especially in Florida.
