This position will focus on handling client intake, developing relationships, and selling the firm’s immigration services without performing legal work. Duties:

  • Sell immigration services to prospective clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, offering exceptional customer service.
  • Use strong sales techniques to identify client needs and recommend appropriate immigration services.
  • Learn and apply basic knowledge of immigration law to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Manage client leads and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth transitions.
  • Provide clients with clear information about the services available and guide them through the process.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
  • Strong sales skills with a dynamic and engaging personality.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of immigration law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in a non-English language (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Mandarin preferred).
  • Based in the Boston area with the ability to work in a hybrid setting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
