Legal Intake Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm specializing in immigration law is seeking a Legal Intake Attorney to join their team in the Boston area. This position will focus on handling client intake, developing relationships, and selling the firm’s immigration services without performing legal work. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to quickly learn about immigration law to effectively communicate with prospective clients. Location:

Duties:

• Sell immigration services to prospective clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, offering exceptional customer service.
• Use strong sales techniques to identify client needs and recommend appropriate immigration services.
• Learn and apply basic knowledge of immigration law to effectively communicate with clients.
• Manage client leads and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth transitions.
• Provide clients with clear information about the services available and guide them through the process.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
• Strong sales skills with a dynamic and engaging personality.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of immigration law.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in a non-English language (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Mandarin preferred).
• Based in the Boston area with the ability to work in a hybrid setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
