Duties:

• Manage client files, ensuring that all case information is up-to-date and accessible to other team members.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to resolve cases efficiently.
• Analyze legal conflicts, provide counsel to clients, and negotiate favorable outcomes on their behalf.
• Conduct legal research, prepare for hearings and trials, and represent clients in various legal proceedings.
• Travel to various regional offices and court appearances as required.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage client files and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to resolve legal conflicts and provide strategic counsel to clients.
• Willingness to learn from senior attorneys and grow within the firm.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Member in good standing of the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Bar certification (Preferred).
