Family Law Associate Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Litigate family law cases from start to finish, including court appearances.
• Handle matters involving custody, visitation, support, protective orders, move-away cases, divorce, domestic violence, and paternity.
• Conduct research and develop family law cases.
• Review, analyze, and draft legal documents.
• Communicate complex legal issues clearly and compassionately to clients.
• Track and manage billable hours effectively.
• Engage in innovative problem-solving and legal strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) or eligibility for certification is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar license.
