Job Overview: A dynamic law firm is seeking an Entry-Level Case Building Attorney to join the legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping clients navigate legal challenges in consumer financial representation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing legal support to individuals, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and have the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Location:

  • Dallas, TX

Duties:

  • Prepare legal documentation for filings following established procedures
  • Communicate legal details clearly and professionally to clients
  • Research and update information in clients' case files
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, text, and phone
  • Docket hearings and resolutions as required
  • Draft and electronically file legal responses as needed
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, including fact-finding interviews and eligibility confirmation
  • Attend court hearings when necessary

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • Licensed to practice law
  • Entry-level or experienced attorney
  • Proficiency with technology and case management software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in legal research and documentation
