The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and providing high-quality legal advice in a variety of landlord-tenant matters.

Duties

  • Court Representation:
    • Represent clients daily in court, including virtual, telephonic, and in-person appearances.
  • Legal Drafting:
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence for litigation matters.
  • Client Communication:
    • Regularly engage with clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to discuss case progress and strategy.
  • Legal Research:
    • Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and ensure all legal actions are informed by the latest laws and regulations.
  • Document Review:
    • Review documents submitted by clients and colleagues, providing insight and guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
  • Minimum of a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Ability to represent clients in court regularly and manage a diverse caseload.
  • Proven ability to draft clear and effective legal documents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A client-centered mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona (Required).
