Job Overview: A leading law firm located in Baltimore, MD, is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their Investment Funds Group. The ideal candidate should possess over 3 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity for both full-time and part-time arrangements. The position requires strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and independently. The attorney will be responsible for providing high-quality legal support to the firm's clients, particularly in the real estate sector.

Duties:

  • Advise clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
  • Manage and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure the successful execution of complex transactions
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on real estate-related issues
  • Assist clients with securities offerings related to real estate investments
  • Represent clients in negotiations, drafting agreements, and resolving legal matters
  • Ensure all work complies with the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work products
  • Maintain client relationships and provide excellent service

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
