Duties:

  • Analyze probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents.

  • Prepare clients for depositions; determine essential case strategy goals and gather information from witnesses and experts.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of Criminal Defense experience.
  • Proven experience handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to help and strategize with associates.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
