A law firm in Federal Way, WA is seeking a qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Estate Planning, Trusts, and LLCs, with familiarity with Wealth Counsel being a bonus. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent legal research, drafting, and client communication skills.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Provide legal advice and representation in matters related to trusts and LLCs.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support estate planning strategies.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and file necessary documents with courts and relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client files and records.
  • Stay updated with changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the administration of estates and trusts.
  • Provide support in the formation and maintenance of LLCs.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of estate planning, trusts, and LLCs.
  • Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar.

 

Skills:
