Commercial & Real Property Litigation Associate Attorney

• Oversee discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial and/or real property litigation.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

• Client development experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• No history of disciplinary actions by the Florida Bar.
