The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing estate planning and administration matters from inception to conclusion, with a strong background in New York State courts. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle estate planning, administration, and litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
• Represent clients in New York State courts and other legal proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate-related pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice.
• File documents and pleadings with the court using online filing systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Provide guidance on estate planning strategies, probate processes, and estate administration.
• Prepare and review legal memoranda and briefs for litigation matters.
• Attend court hearings, settlement conferences, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring responsive and effective service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar, active and in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, administration, and litigation.
• Strong experience with New York State courts and legal procedures.
• Proficiency in online filing and research sites.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:
