Requirements

  • Experience or interest in federal energy regulatory laws, particularly those affecting the natural gas, oil, or electric power industries.

  • Strong academic credentials and professional background.
  • Admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
