Job Overview: A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in State College, PA. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in estate planning or elder law in a law firm setting.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (required).
  • Strong understanding of tax codes related to estate planning.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.

Education:
