A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its expanding commercial and real estate litigation practice in Coral Gables, Florida. The successful candidate will handle various litigation matters and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.

Duties

  • Manage a caseload involving commercial and real estate litigation matters.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration sessions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases involving title insurance, leasing, and mortgage foreclosures.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • Proven ability to manage a variety of litigation tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial litigation, real estate, title insurance, leasing, or mortgage foreclosures is highly desirable.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
