Antitrust Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Antitrust Associate Attorney to join a prestigious law firm's antitrust practice in Washington, D.C. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment while handling significant responsibilities across a diverse range of antitrust matters, including mergers, government investigations, litigation, and counseling.

Duties:

• Manage and assist in a variety of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues
• Draft legal documents and provide written opinions and memoranda
• Prepare for and participate in government investigations and litigation
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop effective legal strategies

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in antitrust law
• Demonstrable proficiency in antitrust through prior matters, ABA Antitrust Law Section activity, or relevant coursework
• Strong academic credentials
• Prior government experience is preferred, but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
