  • Admission to the bar in any U.S. state, with a preference for Georgia.
  • 1-3 years of experience in immigration law, particularly in removal defense and family-based immigration, is preferred.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in a second language (Spanish preferred, but not required).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in any U.S. state.
