A law firm is seeking a Lateral Real Estate Partner for their New York City, NY office.

Job Overview:

The Lateral Real Estate Partner will be responsible for bringing in and managing a portable business of at least $1 million in the field of real estate law.

Duties:

• Bring in and manage a portable business of at least $1 million in real estate law
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
• Lead and manage complex real estate transactions
• Oversee real estate due diligence and title review
• Counsel clients on real estate investment and development strategies
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on complex real estate legal matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in New York
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate law
• Portable business of at least $1 million in the field of real estate

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in New York
