Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in litigation, specifically in construction defense.
• Proven ability to draft legal motions and prepare for court.

• Active license to practice law in Florida.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Florida Bar license.
