Duties:Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring, reorganizations, and general corporate finance.Actively participate as a key member of deal teams, taking responsibility for running signings and closings, and drafting initial versions of debt commitment papers and credit documentation.Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes and successful outcomes.Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the firm's debt finance practice areas.
