Duties:

  • Conduct investigations under legal frameworks such as Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, or related civil rights or criminal laws.
  • Address issues of sexual and gender-based harassment, violence, and discrimination.
  • Develop and implement fair, trauma-informed prevention and resolution processes for institutions.
  • Draft policies, procedures, and educational materials to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Guide regulatory requirements, including Title IX, the Clery Act, and child protection frameworks.
  • Collaborate with institutions to design effective systems and infrastructure for safety, security, and governance.
  • Deliver professional written and oral reports and recommendations to institutional clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in legal areas such as civil rights, sexual misconduct investigations, or compliance processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities for delivering clear legal advice and documentation.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive issues with professionalism and impartiality.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in the state of Nevada.
