Duties:

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop litigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with California workers’ compensation laws and court systems.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Must be an active member of the California State Bar.
