Duties

• Conduct depositions and engage in discovery processes
• Draft and oppose Motions for Summary Judgment
• Provide legal advice and representation in labor and employment matters
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver strong client-focused solutions
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when handling challenging cases

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Proven ability to handle employment discrimination and wage and hour disputes
• Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a challenging caseload with professionalism and maturity

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• An active member of the New York State Bar

Certifications

• New York State Bar license in good standing
