Litigation Associate Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in various legal matters, including litigation, trust administration, corporate law, and tax law.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, wills, trusts, and other legal instruments.
• Conduct legal research and provide counsel on complex legal issues.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials (for litigation roles).
• Advise clients on compliance with legal requirements and best practices in their industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and legal guidance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on complex legal cases.
• Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
• Strong background in Litigation (General / Civil), Trust Administration, Corporate & Tax.
• Admission to the Bar in at least one state, with the ability to practice in California.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in at least one state (California preferred).
