Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant legal experience (experience in construction defect law is a plus).
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Trial experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with community association law is a bonus.
  • Admission to the California Bar is in good standing.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
