Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Draft and respond to discovery requests.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions.
  • Attend court hearings and manage litigation procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on case strategies and client communications.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide updates on case progress.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
  • 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
