A law firm is seeking a Senior Transactional Attorney III for their Richland, WA office.

 

Job Overview:

The Senior Transactional Attorney III will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel, representing clients in various legal proceedings, and contributing to the firm's growth and reputation through effective marketing and client engagement strategies.

 

Duties:

  • Demonstrating a successful record of mediation experience and significant trial experience.
  • Researching and analyzing the law on complex legal issues.
  • Drafting memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documents.
  • Marketing personal and firm services to prospective clients.
  • Performing discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation.
  • Conducting due diligence in all legal matters.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills, including empathetic listening.
  • Managing a schedule to accommodate consultations and meet production/collection objectives.
  • Accurately updating case management systems with relevant information.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of law practice experience with an established book, practice, and/or performance.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
  • Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state of practice.

  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
