Duties:

• Represent clients professionally and professionally in courtrooms, ensuring their rights and interests are defended vigorously.
• Prepare and draft various legal documents to support clients' cases, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Engage in negotiations to secure favorable plea deals and settlements on behalf of clients.
• Conducted and managed high-stakes jury trials, bench trials, and other legal proceedings with precision and strategic insight.
• Advocate for clients in various hearings, including preliminary hearings, bond hearings, and motions to suppress.
• Stay updated on current legal trends, case law, and statutory changes relevant to criminal law.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and ensure adequate representation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in criminal law with a proven track record of successful case management and courtroom representation.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and apply them to case strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting legal documents and presenting arguments in court.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
