Duties

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies, legal research, and case preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and provide practical solutions to clients.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including client meetings and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Active Florida Bar membership and good standing.
  • 3-8 years of experience in community association law, real property, or civil litigation.
  • Proven experience in both HOA/condo law and civil litigation is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-focused with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Florida Bar (required).
