  • Represent clients in court appearances and handle associated travel requirements.
  • Provide expert legal advice on consumer credit collections, ensuring adherence to state laws and the FDCPA.
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, demonstrating a commitment to superior client care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and solutions for client issues.
  • Stay updated with multi-state consumer collection laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to creditor's rights.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Must be a member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar.
  • Extensive knowledge of consumer credit collections and state laws in the licensed jurisdiction.
  • In-depth understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently using case management software.
  • Availability for court appearances and associated travel.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Arizona State Bar membership.
  • Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred.
