Job Overview: A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Creditor's Rights Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and represent clients in matters related to consumer credit collections, ensuring compliance with state laws and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Duties:

• Actively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to manage assigned matters.
• Represent clients in court appearances and handle associated travel requirements.
• Provide expert legal advice on consumer credit collections, ensuring adherence to state laws and the FDCPA.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, demonstrating a commitment to superior client care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and solutions for client issues.
• Stay updated with multi-state consumer collection laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to creditor's rights.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Requirements:

• Must be a member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar.
• Extensive knowledge of consumer credit collections and state laws in the licensed jurisdiction.
• In-depth understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently using case management software.
• Availability for court appearances and associated travel.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Arizona State Bar membership.
• Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred.
