Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate and business transactions.
• Provide counsel on entity formation, mergers, and acquisitions.

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on various business and real estate matters.

• Represent clients in negotiations and transactional proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate and/or business transactions.
• Strong contract drafting and review skills.
• Ability to analyze legal issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Willing to reside in or relocate to Northern Colorado.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Colorado State Bar.
