A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm, focusing on product liability and complex commercial litigation within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Job Overview:

The Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney will assist in all aspects of litigation, including case development, strategy, discovery, and client communication. They will work closely with senior attorneys, supervise associates, and collaborate with experts in various fields.

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and third parties.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates as needed.
  • Work with expert witnesses and consultants.
  • Assist development and preparation for depositions.
  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Contribute to case strategy development and implementation.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of litigation experience, ideally from an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
  • JD degree and admitted to practice law in NC.
  • Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized school.
