Litigation Attorney Estate & Trust Litigation

• Independently manage cases from inception to resolution, including strategy development and trial preparation.
• Provide legal counsel to clients involved in estate administration.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality legal work and client service.
• Manage caseloads effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil litigation; 10+ years preferred.
• Proven experience in case management, from strategy development to case resolution.
