Duties

  • Provide legal representation and counsel to clients on real estate matters
  • Assess case facts, identify issues, and develop appropriate legal strategies
  • Respond to client inquiries to maintain and enhance business relationships
  • Participate in industry organizations and committees to enhance the firm’s visibility
  • Represent the firm at internal and external events as needed
  • Perform additional duties to support departmental goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in California
  • Proven experience in real estate law, including litigation and transactional matters
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong client communication skills and ability to operate both independently and as part of a team

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar

Skills

  • Knowledge of ProLaw or similar billing and document management software (preferred)
  • Experience with landlord-tenant law and real estate litigation (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
