Duties:

  • Prepare for and participate in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Manage case files, including organizing documents and maintaining case timelines
  • Communicate effectively with opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation and strategy

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney
  • Strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings and conducting trials
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advocacy skills with the ability to argue persuasively in court
  • NJ Bar admission required; admission in a second state is a plus
  • Experience as a defense attorney is advantageous

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar; admission in a second state preferred

Skills:
