Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation cases.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, on behalf of clients.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of litigation experience.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.

• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
