  • Manage and develop client relationships, offering strategic legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in employment law, including labor and employment litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with all stages of litigation, from pleadings to trial.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • A portable book of business is a plus.
  • Active membership in the Ohio Bar (or the ability to become a member).

Education:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be in good standing with the Ohio Bar (or Michigan Bar).
