The role involves managing personal injury caseloads, interacting with insurance companies, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the legal team to share knowledge and expertise, ensuring the highest standard of legal services for clients.
  • Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to all laws and regulations.
  • Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and client service.
  • Draft a variety of legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and more.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards in all prepared documents.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) and tech-savvy abilities.
  • Foster outstanding communication and interpersonal relations within the team and with clients.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar license in Missouri.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury claims processes and legal standards.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Missouri State Bar.
