Mid-level Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Attorney with 7-9 years of experience, preferably from an AmLaw 200 firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling business litigation matters, including complex contract disputes. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality client service are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Representing clients in state and federal courts in various litigation matters.
• Handling all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions practice, depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Conducting legal research and drafting persuasive legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, and motions.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation cases.
• Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Managing and coordinating with support staff, experts, and co-counsel as necessary.

Requirements

• Must have 7-9 years of experience in business litigation, preferably gained at an AmLaw 200 firm.
• Experience working on complex contract disputes is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Must be admitted to the Nevada Bar or eligible for admission.
• Admission to the Arizona, California, and/or Colorado Bar would be a plus.

Education and Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada Bar or eligibility for admission.
