Job Overview
A dynamic law firm in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Class Action Associate Attorney to join its plaintiff’s employment law team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing class action lawsuits, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and effectively communicating with clients. Duties

  • Assist in managing class action cases from inception through resolution
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
  • Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and preparing for depositions
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in class action litigation, preferably in employment law
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active membership in the California State Bar

Skills

  • Strong understanding of class action procedures and litigation processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
