Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join a leading full-service law firm in Garden City, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience and be admitted to practice in New York. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judges.
• Manage a caseload while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
