Duties:

  • Provide legal advice to clients on their rights, responsibilities, and options

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely progression of matters

  • Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediation, and settlement conferences

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Illinois or eligible for admission

  • 3 years of experience in family law or litigation preferred

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Capable of working both independently and within a team

  • Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and ethical integrity

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
