Duties:

• Represent clients in contested probate matters such as will contests, trust disputes, estate administration issues, and guardianship disputes.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on complex probate cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to develop strategies for contested probate cases.
• Stay updated on probate law, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in probate and estate litigation, focusing on contested probate matters.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
