  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to finance transactions.
  • Draft and review transactional documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop and execute legal strategies.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on finance-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia, with Georgia Bar membership preferred.
  • 3-5 years of finance law experience, focusing on finance transactions.
  • Strong academic record demonstrating excellence in law school coursework.
  • Experience leading transactional documentation and closings.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
