Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP litigation, with a proven ability to manage cases independently
  • Strong experience in briefing, motion practice, depositions, expert collaboration, and trial proceedings
  • Ability to supervise junior team members effectively
  • Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina or have the ability to obtain licensure promptly
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong analytical abilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina
  • Preference is given to candidates with an engineering degree and USPTO admission
